Both from varying design backgrounds ranging from publishing to fashion, Pepa Martin and Karen Davis found a common thread that was textile design, namely the Japanese art of shibori.
They exercise their passion through creating collections and bespoke hand dyed textiles, writing books, designing for commercial projects and events (including a giant dip-dyed balloon and a shibori fabric inlaid surfboard ), collaborating with artists, architects, stylists and designers and holding workshops and talks.
