Console Colonne was created in a limited serie (edition of only 24 pieces) for  Christian Liaigre by well-known talented designer Eric Schmitt  specially for the opening in Paris Liaigre Gallery on Rue de Verneuil in 2013. “For the opening of his gallery Christian asked me to create some exceptional things in a limited edition. In this project I combined silver, ceramics, lacquers, alabaster, black marble and bronze.” To the hand of the modest but amazingly talented Eric Schmidt belong such complicated but offering at the same time a sculptural elegance to Christian Liagre collection pieces as tables  Hill and  Cornelius, and which have become the iconic items of the house – tables Naja and Tabou.
