To all resorts in the world French designer Christian Liaigre prefers sandy beaches of St Barth. He built a summer house in the most beautiful cove of the Caribbean sea. “I have still before my eyes the wild landscapes that I saw when I landed here for the first time,” he says. “I wanted to recreate this atmosphere. True luxury for me is in the silence of such places. In my mind, I drew something like a comfortable fishing hut on the beach”.
